Hi, I’m Margherita — Personal Trainer, movement enthusiast, and strength coach with a mission to help people train smarter and feel stronger.
I work with clients who want more than just a good sweat. Whether you're rebuilding after injury, chasing performance goals, or just trying to move better and feel more confident in your body, I help you train with purpose and clarity.
My approach is technical, supportive, and results-focused. Every program I build is rooted in smart, efficient movement and long-term progress - not quick fixes. With a background in competitive bodybuilding and a deep love for Olympic lifting, I know what it takes to train hard — and how to adapt those principles for real life and real people.
I’m also pre- and post-natal certified and passionate about creating an inclusive, empowering space for all bodies, all life stages, and all goals. Whether we’re training in the gym, at your home, or anywhere in between, you’ll get personalised coaching that meets you where you are — and takes you where you want to go.
